Passion Flower can help repair and restore nerves.  Valerian Roots is considered to work on the nervous, digestive and respiratory systems as a stimulant, antispasmodic, stomachic, sedative, analeptic, carminative and nervine.  Lemon Balm is also used as an anxiolytic, mild sedative or calming agent and also improves mood and mental clarity.
